«East Europe Foundation has been implementing digital transformations at the national and local levels for nine years now. The success of such projects largely depends on the leadership and capabilities of our partners. Where there is a Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO), things usually move quickly. Where the CDTO is super-proficient, they move extremely fast. So we are very interested in having more of such superstars in Ukraine and are pleased to be involved in their training.»
