How the studies go and which events haverecently happened within the project

WhileUkraine approves its status of a digital state once more and surprises theworld with unique online services, the CDTO Campus continues the training ofthe digital managers of the country.

Currently,studies according to the following programs are in process: DigitalTransformation in Public Administration and UNDP: Leadership Programme forWomen Involved in Digitalisation of Public Services.

Within theprevious months, the students have attended more than 20 lectures on relevanttopics and have participated in practical studies and discussions.

The lecturetopics include the following:

  • Re-engineering of public services;
  • Goals ofstable development of the UN;
  • Internationaltechnical assistance projects;
  • Interoperability;
  • Digitalaccessibility;
  • Inclusivepolicies;
  • E-serviceuser support teams, etc.

Besides,the following lectures have taken place offline within the framework of thelong-term program:

  • Digitalization Way of Latvia and Estonia and Leadership inCybersecurity. Lecturer: Ieva Ilves, the advisor of the Deputy Prime Ministerfor Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Development (Minister ofDigital Transformation of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine),previously advisor of the President of Latvia and former First Lady of Estonia;
  • Using theOSINT Technologies for Digitalization and Automation of the Process ofFormation and Support of Managerial Solutions on the Basis of Facts-BasedApproach. Speaker: Dmytro Zolotukhin, the professor of National University ofKyiv-Mohyla Academy.

Also, HoneyDacanay, the Director General for Policy and Efficiency of the Government ofCanada and the professor of McMaster University, has joined the project.

The experthas held an open lecture on digital transformation of Canada (from strategy tomodern challenges), which has been attended by more than 60 audience members.

Theselection for the Creating the Digital Future program is in progress. Also, thecall for applications for the second class of the Digital Transformation inPublic Administration long-term program is ending. The names of the students ofthe next class are going to be known very soon.
