CDTO Campus is a Tool for Elevating Ukraine to a New Level of Digital Transformation

CDTO Campus offers students long-term and short-term education, structured around theoretical and practical modules, that will be taught by recognized experts in the field of national digital transformation.

Digital Transformation in Public Administration

"Digital Transformation in Public Administration'' is the world's first in-depth, long-term training for digital project managers. Over nine months, experts will study technical competencies, current trends, and digital transformation legislation and gain the leadership skills that are necessary for making effective decisions.

The educational program is designed for professionals who have decided to change their career field and move from the private sector to the governmental sector, as well as for current CDTOs seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Shaping the Digital Future

The program is designed to broaden the national and regional digital transformation managers’ professional horizons who have already worked on digital projects. Recommended by their supervisors, participants will be selected by a special committee.

With the help of top Ukrainian and global experts in digitalization, program students will master management strategies, enhance digital awareness, dive into the technical and managerial aspects of global digitalization, learn to face challenges, and grasp the basics of productive collaboration with donors and partners.

The training takes two months in both offline and online formats. At the end of the program, participants will attend an intensive course at the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University in Washington.

AI HOUSE: Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The program aims to strengthen the technological background of transformation leaders. For one month, the best AI HOUSE specialists and leaders of the Ukrainian AI community will be sharing fundamental knowledge about the history of understanding artificial intelligence, AI tools, GPT chatbots, AI ethics, techniques, and methods of its application in public administration.

Upon completion of the training, students will have the knowledge that helps integrate AI into their professional activities and explore technologies deeply.

Cisco: Implementation of Secure Digital Platforms

Developed in partnership with the world leader in information security and IT hardware manufacturing Cisco, the training aims to teach CDTOs to conduct secure digital state administration, avoiding threats to IT systems and digital infrastructures.

In the "Implementation of Secure Digital Platforms" program, students study aspects such as modern threats to IT systems, digital infrastructures, and secure platforms for digital management. The program takes three weeks.

After completing the course, experts will possess proficient knowledge and skills in building hybrid infrastructures that combine clouds, the internet, SaaS, and data processing centers, as well as modern algorithms for creating an efficient and secure workspace. Moreover, they will get insights for building G2C services using ML technologies.

EU4DigitalUA: Personal Data Protection

Developed in collaboration with the International Foundation for Management and Public Policy of Spain (FIIAPP) with the financial support of EU4DigitalUA, the program aims to provide in-depth knowledge of privacy and personal security principles while using technologies.

The program consists of 10 lectures that cover extensively the basics of personal data protection, anonymization, the risks of using AI and biometrics, challenges in the IoT ecosystem, and the consequences of using 5G.

The program lasts for two months and is taught in English in an online format.
