What is Tallinn Mechanism?

On December 20, 2023, the ministries of foreign affairs of Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Estonia, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, the United States, France, and Sweden established the Tallinn Cybersecurity Mechanism
The initiative seeks to systematically identify and address Ukraine's cybersecurity needs by aligning them with the resources and capabilities of donor countries for comprehensive support
The Tallinn Mechanism is a response to the increasing threat of cyberattacks from Russia and is dedicated to bolstering Ukraine's cyber defenses

Жінки з вищою освітою на посадах середньої керівної ланки в органах виконавчої влади або підпорядкованих їм установах/підприємствах із щонайменше 3-річним професійним досвідом
Підтверджена участь у щонайменше 2 проєктах/ініціативах, пов’язаних із державною цифровою трансформацією
Готовність до повноцінної участі у програмі протягом вказаного періоду (усі фіналістки відбору повинні надати письмове підтвердження від керівництва щодо можливості участі у програмі)
Вільне володіння українською мовою; знання англійської мови на достатньому професійному рівні, підтверджене сертифікатом чи зразками письмових робіт аплікантки, буде розцінене як перевага
