The participants listened to lectures by leading Ukrainian experts in the field of open data, such as Yanina Lyubyva, expert of the Open Data Group at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine; Denys Hubashov, analyst at the Data Journalism Agency (Texty.org.ua), consultant on the implementation of open data policy; Oleksandr Oksymets, data analytics expert, Texty. org.ua; Olena Dobrunik, Open Data Project Manager, Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE); Nadiya Konashchuk, Open Data Component Manager, USAID/UK Aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS) Project, Eurasia Foundation; and others.

In addition to the presentations, CDTOs participated in discussions, networking and interactive sessions, which concluded with a facilitated session led by Yanina Lyubyva, one of the keynote speakers of "OSCE: Making and Implementation of Open Data Policy" program.

A training on open data for CDTOs of regional military administrations and local governments will be held from 29 February to 1 March.
The training is conducted in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Data Journalism Agency (Texty.org.ua) within the framework of the project "Promoting Good Governance and a Positive Business Climate in the OSCE Region through Digitalization and the Use of Open Data" of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
